These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Appycron Interactive e.K. (“Appycron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and operator of the App. Your use of the App also remains subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the App on Apple devices.

1. Purpose of the App

No Contact Tracker is designed to support users in maintaining no-contact boundaries and tracking emotional progress.

It is intended for personal reflection and self-management, not as a substitute for professional advice.

2. No Professional Advice

This app is not intended to provide or replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing emotional distress or require mental health support, please seek help from a licensed professional.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appycron Interactive e.K. shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages,
• Any emotional distress or loss resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
